The thing which I am going to share with you guys might appear very basic but still while knowing it we keep neglecting its importance.

So if I sum up our lives in one form it would be ENERGY. The energy not only to perform our chores or the “calories” we work around for but also the energy that reflects us from inside to outside.

Bestseller “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne also based on the fact of this topic. Before getting on with more, let’s understand it’s importance from practicality.

Suppose a man name, Shawn

Shawn wakes up at 7 AM. A pretty decent guy. But his weakest point is girls. He keeps on thinking about them, relationship, how to impress girls and sex off course. And all his day passes on like this. Moreover talking in terms of energy his 75% thinking is devoted to girls only. Which really has no impact or output in reality.

Thinking about things that have no use in reality but only makes you worry about wastage of time is a practice performed by every person on earth but the difference lies in the amount of this thinking.

I call this practice by energy leaks.

For instance, In the case of Shawn, it was 75 out of his 100 possible energy spent on thinking irrelevant stuff.

It’s not only about what we’re thinking it may be about listening like-

When we listen to a person we think about what he/she is saying and so our thoughts process accordingly.

Listening which is a slightest of our daily tasks also requires energy so why to spend it on discussing or listening to idle conversations without any purpose.

And if to talk about how we communicate, we focus on what to say not realizing even if it’s important or not. Sometimes silence is the best answer. Especially when the next person not worthy of your response. You cut off from wasting precious energy.

Also, since energy is limited you will try to use 100% of it on one task and not share it with other work. Therefore, multitasking is a no-no.

By some of our daily activities, I tried to give the essence of energy and it’s importance.

Think it of this way.

You have been given 100 points of energy each day. Which includes 50 points of internal energy and 50 points of external energy.

Internal energy = Thoughts + Listening power

External energy = The food you eat + Replying and conservation + Exercise + sleep + every other physical activity

Even the tiny things matter from porn to trolls you read online, texting or youtube videos.

The important thing is how well you want to spend your energy by avoiding all the ways it can leak through.

As quoted by famous monk , Dandapani

“The answer lies in the simplification of our life. Most people do too much. Narrow down to most important things. Say “no” to everything else. Less is best.”

  1. First off I want to say awesome blog! I had a
quick question which I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to find out how you center yourself and
clear your mind prior to writing. I’ve had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10
to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?
