1.Talk to yourself

You share your opinions to rest of the world so why not to yourself ? . Talking to self has tremendous benefits. Unlike the self wandering silently on the back if we talk to yourself aloud on why how and what is happening we will be more attentive to problem as we can’t be thinking of anything else at the time of talking .

2. Sleep before 12 AM

I’ll put it staright that “early to bed early to rise” is the best thing Benjamin Franklin  has given to us. Studies have shown 1 hour of sleep before midnight is equal to 2 hours after it. And our internal clock also works best if we sleep accordingly.

3. Idea generator

This is a hit hit, if you are in creative profession or even if you want to increase your creativity. Write 10 ideas every day on piece of paper. Start with small but then ten should be your goal. Ideas related to anything in your field or even outside of it.
For example my next post for this blog or what hobbies should I adopt gardening, playing etc. This simple thing runs our mind and increases it’s power.

4. Check out productivity

After the day has been over. Make column with number of hours you worked, second what did you achieve in those hours, third how much time you wasted. Keeping a quantitative analysis will let you know how much off track you are.

5. Pillow talk

Hey singles, don’t skip. I meant pillow talk with yourself. When we sleep our mind shifts all the data from our conscious to the sub conscious mind or in other words it makes memory. And what you think yourself right before falling asleep will be engraved in the mind. So think positive for good thoughts.

6. Brain Food

We all talk abouts calories, diets, chlosterol. But what about the food that’ll make your brain happy. Eating food that helps with brain development is a really smart thing to do.

7. No Stalk

If you are on Instagram, Facebook or any social networking site where they make profiles. You definitely spend hours on checking out other people profiles and then comparing. This also make us feel inferior and ultimately sad.

8. No Netflix and Chill

Movies or series you binge watch every other day have no good effect on you. Don’t make this as a habit. Just an occasional thing. Or a reward. Rather invest in books or going out.

9. Clean It

Cleaning is more than just providing a good view. Studies have shown clean environment fosters minimalism, productivity and calmness to mind. And cleaning should be first thing to do before Starting any work. As clutter environment makes our brain messy.

10. Appreciation , Appreciation , Appreciation

Gratitude is an excellent and most underrated quality on this planet. Gratitude reduces a multitude of toxic emotions, from envy and resentment to frustration and regret.
